Simply write the number of people in your band and how many amplifiers, instruments, microphones you have got and how they are connected. That will be enough for most of your small gigs.

Alternatively you can also click on the StagePlotPro icon/folder and move it to the Trash by pressing Cmd + Del or choosing the File and Move to Trash commands.
For the applications that are installed from the App Store, you can simply go to the Launchpad, search for the application, click and hold its icon with your mouse button (or hold down the Option key), then the icon will wiggle and show the “X” in its left upper corner.
